• Col Biraj Sahay has around four decades of professional achievements (including 23 years in the Army), in Business & Human Capital Management, including that at the International level.
• After an enviably successful Military career including that at the International level (United Nations), he handled Senior Positions with Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. (Sr DGM HR), SREI Group (Bharat Connect Ltd – Head HR), and Head HR of Supertech Limited (Real Estate, Tourism & Hospitality); and gradually ventured out as a full-fledged Entrepreneur.
• Currently, he is Leading the Colonelz Group of Companies:
  • Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd – Company in businesses of Interior Designing Services & Implementation, Architecture & Building Construction, as also Modular & Designer Wooden / Wood supplement furniture / furnishing. Our work area span is NCR, UP, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, UK & Jharkhand.
  The Company successfully implemented an overseas project in Singapore also.
  • Colonelz Infracomm Pvt Ltd. – Company in businesses of constructing Mobile Towers and associated works for Reliance JIO & others.
• He carries an enviable track record of setting up, managing, and upgrading/ improving Business Strategies & Talent Management; from Planning, to acquisition, engagement, development, succession & more.
• He has successfully Managed Change repeatedly. His understanding of Business Strategy & relating the same with People, is commendable.
• He has been on the Guest Faculty & as Guest Speaker, at MDI, RICS, UK; Amity Univ; UPES; IMER; Ethernet Ventures; A2V Info-solutions; Guruvantage; etc.
• His excellent dexterity in communication aids his remarkable Trainer skills.
• Dealing with 52 nationalities in the UN HQ, gave him hands-on exposure in comprehensive Human Capital & Resource Management, at the International level.
• His skills are adequately supported by 3 Masters Degrees, apart from a Six months full-time PG with MDI, Gurgaon in Business Management & Diploma in French.
  They co-founded Colonelz in 2004 with an aim to build quality home for themselves and the clients. Vowing to deliver what was promised, without any hidden terms, Colonelz has completed numerous building construction projects, both, Residential & Commercial. To serve the clients better, the need to diversify into Interior Designing and Renovation projects was explored. The business gradually expanded pan India. The icing was an overseas assignment in Singapore- a feather in the cap. To further the aim to be a “One Stop Shop”, the Company added modular & designer furniture manufacturing and also furnishings.
